Foreword to my memoirs

After several attempts during the last few years to write my memoirs; but, found it very difficult rather than catharsis to travel back into the past. Yes, I still feel I have to go there again.
This memoir consists of my personal views and opinion and my life as I lived it both emotionally, mentally and physically.
I have entered my opinions and view of social, economical, religious, and political opinions as I remember them.
